Methods and Style

I hold a high value on effectiveness.

Countless research has shown that the most effective learning occurs when individuals are relaxed.

Research has also shown that there are specific, concrete ways of accelerating learning and increasing retention.

Because of this, my programs are characterised by appropriate amounts and use of:

  • Interaction between myself and the participants, and the participants themselves
  • Real-world practical applications and exercises
  • Anecdotes, stories and examples
  • Music
  • Colourful visual aids
  • Summaries
  • Memory hooks enabling better recollection of the material
