Prior to my Presentation, I will:

  • Know what your organization does and why it does it.
  • Research your industry and the current trends affecting it.
  • Fully understand my purpose in serving you and have a specific plan to achieve your outcomes for my presentation.
  • Be available to discuss plans for my presentation.
  • Know the theme of your conference and relate my presentation to it.
  • Know why your people would want to hear what I have to say on this topic.
  • Coordinate with other speakers and/or your Conference Organisers to ensure I provide ‘seamless service’.
  • Notify you in advance of my travel itinerary as appropriate.
  • Provide you with my mobile and other phone numbers you may need in order to contact me for any reason, 24/7.

    On the day of my Presentation, I will:

  • Ensure I am in peak condition to deliver what I have promised.
  • Be dressed appropriately for the event and your theme.
  • Notify you when I arrive at the venue and contact you immediately should any serious delays occur.
  • Be accessible to you from the time I arrive until I leave.
  • Be in the meeting room for any final checks required at least one hour before I speak.
  • Coordinate with logistics staff (and other presenters if necessary) to make sure my planning is aligned with your overall needs.
  • Make suggestions to the logistics team as to how to maximise audience impact through the creative use of lights, sound or staging.
  • Study your audience and the other speakers to align my message with them.
  • Provide an easy, brief introduction and be available to coach my introducer.
  • Be in the room, seated and visible to you before my introduction begins.
  • Act with integrity, honesty and professionalism at all times.

    During my Presentation, I will:

  • Gain people’s attention and interest within the first 10 minutes of my opening.
  • Refrain from inappropriate and unbusiness-like language and content.
  • Involve and gain participation from the group in a non-threatening manner.
  • Present only relevant and well-researched material.
  • Use ample examples, stories and anecdotes to enable your people to relate to – and be able to apply - information to their ‘real worlds’.
  • Maximise learning and retention by creating a professional, yet relaxed, environment with appropriate use of humour.
  • Use appropriate audio-visual aids to enhance and reinforce key messages and learning points.
  • Professionally and flexibly deal with any challenges or problems that arise.
  • Treat every one of your people with the utmost respect.
  • Allow for questions and comments from the participants.
  • Provide summaries and memory keys for my content.
  • Relate my content to your organization and people.
  • Offer my products for sale only if approved or requested in advance.
  • Manage the timing of my presentation and adjust if needed.

After my Presentation, I will:

  • Be available to answer questions and receive feedback from your group.
  • Provide your people with a 6-month Electronic Coaching Program to maintain their motivation and support their application of learning in their day-to-day lives.
  • Offer each participant a free subscription to our Because People Matter e-newsletter as additional support to their development.
  • Respond to contact from participants and their managers to follow-up the program as desired.
  • Hold a post-program briefing with you to discuss strategies to further support your people and organisation.
  • Guarantee to never disclose to any other parties confidential or sensitive information about your organization.
  • In the event of having incurred expenses in the conduct of the program (as previously agreed upon), I will itemise these, provide receipts as needed and bill you promptly after the program.

Checklists: Pre, During and Post-Event
Upon booking our services, we will provide you with comprehensive checklists to ensure nothing is left to chance. These can and will be altered as necessary to meet your individual needs and requirements.

Logistics requirements
Any logistical requirements (such as microphones, flip charts, data projection facilities and room setup) will be organised with you with each program booking. We will provide checklists and diagrams to ensure all necessary people are clear on these requirements prior to the event and discuss changes with you if need be.

Sandi’s Biography to use as an Introduction
A brief introduction for Sandi will be sent to you no less than two weeks prior to your event. We individually tailor Sandi’s introduction to support your outcomes, create rapport with your group and establish a context in which your desired messages will be received.

Photos you can use for your promotions
Should you require any photographs for inclusion in your brochures or marketing materials, we will happily provide you with several alternative pictures at the resolution you require.

Travel & Accommodation arrangements
All necessary travel and accommodation arrangements will be detailed in writing after discussion with you.
