What makes a Workshop a Workshop?
For me, not only is it of a longer duration to a Seminar,
but the key objective is to enable people to do what they
couldn’t do previously. Typically, workshops are run
‘in-house’ (at your offices or off-site), designed
exclusively for your people to meet your outcomes. It’s
training and development in its truest sense … what
observable change in behaviours, skills and / or attitudes
do you want for your staff?
I will spend one or several days (residential or not) in
moving your people to a place where they are both able and
keen to put their new skills to use in their place of work!
